How do I make a booking?
You can reserve your tickets using our online booking portal here. Each time slot has 10 booking spaces and you can purchase either 2 tickets or 10 tickets (depending on availability). If you have more than 10 in your group, just please book the remaining number of tickets at the next closest time slot. Please note that we try to keep the experience as unique as possible and so if your booking has 2 pax, you will enter the course as 2 pax. If you have a group size of 10 or 15, you will be split into groups of 5 and will enter the course in 5 minutes intervals. For bookings of 20 or more persons, please email us on info@kulnari.com
How many persons can we have in a group?
You can have a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 5 in each group size when you enter the course.
DO YOU DO WALK INS?
Yes we do but subject to availability. Best to book online and in advance.
How long will the experience take ?
Kulnari Mystery Golf is a 1 - 1.5 hour experience. (Up to 2 hours during peak periods) Kindly note that during peak times you may have to wait at least half an hour before you start.

why am i not able to book the timeslot that i want?
Unfortunately, that normally means, that we are full for the time slot or it is a day that we are closed.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Just the ticket booking which should have been emailed to you.
WHAT ARE THE RULES?
Each person gets to do 6 shots per hole and the person / team with the lowest score wins. You will be given a score card and a pencil to keep a record of your scores.
if i don't solve the mystery, does it mean i can't continue with the minigolf?
The mystery element is an additional layer to the experience. You can choose just to play the minigolf without "putting" (pun intended) on your detective hat. The choice is yours.
what is the minimum age group for children?
Our course is only suited for children ABOVE the age of 5 and children below the age of 12, will need to be accompanied by a paying adult. We will not allow participants with babies or toddlers below the age of 5.
what is your refund policy?
If you are able to inform us via email at booking@kulnari.com at least 6 hours before your booking, we will be able to reschedule.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to reschedule if your booking time slot has already passed.
Cash refunds are not allowed but we can convert your tickets to a gift voucher as long as the 6 hours notice is given.
Please note that tickets purchased are non-refundable due to cancellations or no shows.

what is your Late Policy?
No refunds or exchanges will be available for customers who arrive late and do not inform the Kulnari Mystery Golf at least 6 hours before their booking time.
Late arrivals will be admitted at the discretion of the Kulnari Mystery Golf Staff.

Our corporate bookings start for groups of 20 and above. Please email us on info@kulnari.com
IS THERE ANY DRESS CODE?
As long as you are in comfortable clothes and shoes,you will be fine. We have had people coming in costumes or in 1920s themedoutfits to really elevate their personal experience! The choice is yours if you want to be in character or just plain comfortable!
Can I park nearby?
You can park at the UOB basement parking lots next-door, or you may utilise roadside parking on Circular Road itself. However, we recommend that guests take public transport when making your way to the site. We are located within walking distance of Raffles City MRT station, as well as a number of bus stops around the area.
WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP MY BELONGINGS ANYWHERE?
As we are in a conservation shop house, we do not have any dedicated space at the moment to keep your belongings. You may leave it under the benches, but please keep your valuable items with you as the washroom is accessible for diners at our restaurant. Please refrain from bringing laptops to the venue.
Is your venue wheelchair accessible?
As our building is protected by heritage protection regulations, we cannot make structural changes to facade / architecture of the space. We regret that we are unable to make the premises wheelchair accessible. Please note that guests need to walk up at least 1 flight of stairs to access the minigolf space.
on a final note:
Kulnari Mystery Golf aims to deliver a multi-sensorial experience to our guests. We do have different effects like fog machine and strobe lights at our venue. The fog machine that is used is top of the range and we use distilled water to create a mist effect and is perfectly safe. If you have any issues, please do reach out to the course marshals.
